NEW!! This site has been growing much faster that we have expected. The main goal of this site was to provide much of the same information that we usually provide in an initial face to face meeting with a potential buyer or seller. We now want to take that to the next level by providing the opportunity for visitors to ask specific questions about buying or selling a business.

Our experience is that many buyers and sellers have questions about the process and want to get more information but are not prepared to begin the process. This forum is designed so that you can get the information you need in a confidential way.
